June 16, 2012 — Invited Bloggers and Media meet-up in Starbucks (in front of San Antonio Church), and as soon as we’re complete, we went to the place where it must not be named as per request by Chef JJ Yulo (founder of Pinoy Eats World), who is also the emcee of the night together with Ms. Universe 2012 3rd Runner-up Shamcey Supsup.
Dubbed as “Extra Jolt: An Energizing Evening with Meralco,” this event will present seven course of meal prepared using an induction cooker. We started first by a tasting game for whoever wins will win the induction cooker. This menu is a cesar salad named as ‘Mysterio’ for we will guess the mystery ingredient used in this salad.

According to Meralco, Induction Cookers are cheaper to use than gas stoves. Based on lab tests conducted by Meralco comparing average monthly use of select IH cookers and gas stoves.
