Kim Molina admitted that she sometimes responds to bashers on social media, although fans should not expect her to engage in heated online confrontations.

The actress-comedienne said she prefers to use humor when dealing with negative comments rather than getting into serious arguments with critics.

Kim talked about how she handles bashers when media caught up with her during a press conference organized by Viva Foods, where she and her husband, Jerald Napoles, were introduced as the first celebrity ambassadors of Botejyu Teishoku.

Known for her comedic personality both on and off screen, Kim said she occasionally answers negative comments but tends to turn her responses into jokes.

The event also marked a milestone for the newlyweds, as their partnership with Botejyu is their first endorsement together as a married couple.

Kim and Jerald said they were particularly excited about the collaboration because they were already fans of Botejyu even before becoming its endorsers. The couple shared their delight when Viva Foods informed them that they had been chosen to represent the Japanese restaurant chain’s newest offering.

The pair are currently promoting Botejyu Teishoku, the restaurant’s complete Japanese set meals featuring a main dish with unlimited Japanese rice, miso soup and kimchi. Selected ramen sets also offer unlimited noodles.

The endorsement also comes at a timely moment for Jerald, whose upcoming film ‘Ang Pinakamasarap na Pares sa Balat ng Lupa’ is set to open in cinemas on August 26.

Jerald stars alongside Pepe Herrera in the film, which follows best friends Mola and Don on their journey to find what is said to be the most delicious pares in the world before Don runs out of time.

As part of its tie-up with the movie, Botejyu is offering diners two free cinema tickets with a minimum P2,000 purchase that includes at least one Teishoku meal, subject to the promotion’s terms and participating cinemas.

For Jerald, having his first joint endorsement with Kim also connected to his latest movie gives the partnership additional significance.

The celebrity couple tied the knot on March 1, 2026, at Amorita Resort in Panglao, Bohol, after years together as partners both in life and entertainment. More than five months into married life, Kim, 35, and Jerald, 43, have also expressed that they are ready to welcome a baby should they be blessed with one.
