“The Voice of the Philippines Season 2” explained on Sunday episode that Joniver Robles left the competition due to personal reason which is still not clear. Bamboo together with the production and creative consulted the owner of show, Talpa, the person to replace him was Rita Martinez who was one of the three contenders in their batch in the Knock Out round. Bamboo officially talked to Rita to deliver the good news that she’s back on the team for the live show together with Arnee Hidalgo, Tanya Diaz, Kai Honasan, Karlo Mojica and Rence Rapanot.
Robles on his personal account on Facebook aired his sentiments, “I NEED HELP. To all my supporters….specially friends and love ones…to my Mom. I didnt know what to do and not hearing anything from my coach and teammates or anyone from the show made wait until tonight. IT WAS TAKEN AWAY FROM ME. Myself.. being in that show is “personal” itself ….I’ve been struggling and doing this all my life and always wanted to perform in a worldwide stage. I will never exchange this opportunity for anything. I am saying this because these people can always make up lies to be used against me.”
In a dream opportunity like this, like what Labing Bing have said on a coversation on Facebook, ‘I don’t believe that he wont be removed just for some reason. It was a safe decision to announce that he’s not joining the team due to personal reason’ but I believe there really is something wrong about this.
Meanwhile, Robles believes that airing his sentiments over Facebook will win his slot back to the competition, “mababago pa yan now that im talking.”
