Two of GMA network’s newest shows were well received by viewers according to the latest AGB Nielsen Mega Manila household survey covering May 2-4, 2016. Marian Rivera’s morning show “Yan Ang Morning” and primetime series “Once Again” starring Aljur Abrenica and Janine Guttierez both started good in their initial episodes.
“Yan Ang Morning” started strong with its pilot episode landing on Top 7 of the daytime ratings board last May 2, 2016. The Marian Rivera hosted morning show got an average rating of 11.8% on its initial telecast beating its rival “Kapamilya Blockbuster”.
In primetime, Kapuso’s newest primetime drama series “Once Again” also made a good impact entering in Top 6 on its first episode. The Aljur Abrenica-Janine Guttierez led drama series further surge in the ratings board beating “Dolce Amore” on Tuesday (May 3) and Wednesday (May 4) with 17.9% and 16.6% ratings respectively.
Meanwhile, “Eat Bulaga!” still ruled the daytime ratings board while “24 Oras” regained lead from “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” in primetime.
