1981 movie “Mga Basang Sisiw” remake is now on the works.
After ABS-CBN announced the remake of “AnnaLiza,” GMA Network is now said to do a remake of 1981 movie “Mga Basang Sisiw” which also includes Julie Vega together with CheChe, Sheryl Cruz and Janice de Belen. The network is now choosing between their roster of child stars including Ryzza Mae Dizon, Jillian Ward and Roseanne Magan to lead this new TV series.
“Mga Basang Sisiw” is a story of 5 kids who’s left by their father, who died of an accident, and by their mother, who suddenly got lost. It is said to be GMA network’s answer for ABS-CBN’s remake of “AnnaLiza” which also originally starred by Julie Vega.
This is kinda exciting that ABS-CBN has “AnnaLiza” and GMA Network has “Basang Sisiw!”
