What really happened to 4-chair turner Joniver Robles?
Supposedly advancing to Live Shows from Team Bamboo, Joniver Robles seems clueless why he had to give up his slot for Rita Martinez based on his Facebook status after the Sunday (January 18) episode of “The Voice of the Philippines Season 2.
On Sunday (January 18) episode of “The Voice of the Philippines Season 2,” coach Bamboo after the Knockout rounds announced that Robles will not be moving forward in the show, due to personal reasons. “After much deliberation, napag-usapan ni Joniver at ng programa na (Joniver and the show agreed) it’s best for him not to continue with the show due to personal reasons for Joniver.”
Robles on his personal Facebook account asked for help from his supporters after the said episode. Reportedly, Robles was disqualified for violating one important rule of the show and it left him with no choice. I have no idea what these rumors were exactly coming from or these are just speculations since none from ABS-CBN or Talpa was talking about the issue.
On Monday (January 19), Robles posted again on his personal Facebook account to clarify that he did not broke any rule, “This is for those who are saying I broke some rule or did something para magka problema yung show. Post it here. Just make sure your facts are straight and speaks for itself at hindi nabasa nyo lang at narinig kung kanino.”
So it looks like it’s still not the end. The fans of the of the show owe an explanation from Bamboo together with ABS-CBN and Talpa.
