The mutual hostility between successful manager Annabelle Rama and Miss World Second Princess Ruffa Gutierez is far from over. Recently, Annabelle posted a series of fulminate statements, which, according to netizens, is for her daughter Ruffa. The conflict between mother and daughter started when the former beauty queen admitted relationship with French-Arab businessman Jordan Mouyal, in which her mother disapproves. Looking back, everybody knows how protective mother Annabelle is to only daughter. Since Annabelle is very transparent to voice out her opinion when it comes to her daughter, Ruffa resent that.

Last May 7, Ruffa was interviewed by the press and she was asked about her reaction to Annabelle’s vicious posts. She said, “My mom hasn’t changed all these years. Sanay na ako. It has always been the same since I was fifteen years old. Siguro nga ganun talaga mga nanay na kahit matanda na eh protective pa rin sa mga anak nila especially since I’m the only girl.” She also mentioned that she misses her mother sweet messages. Her boyfriend is also affected but declined to give any comment with respect to her mother.
After that interview, Annabelle posted another series of tweets, which is very obvious pertaining to her only daughter, though no name was mentioned. Hopefully, this two lovely mom finds in their heart, courage and patience to talk issues over without ranting about social media. As what they said, “It Takes Gutz to be a Gutierrez”, so eventually this one shall pass.
