Now that the month of September is over the war on TV ratings among television networks will forever be cemented in the books of viewership ratings. Nielsen TV Audience Measurement has finally revealed that the Kapuso network GMA TV dominates all other networks in terms of nationwide TV ratings.
GMA network reached 37.4 % nationwide tv ratings for the entire month of September. This winning percentile television ratings score is attributed to the total number of audience share on daytime television in National Urban Philippines besting rival networks such as ABS-CBN with 34.9% and TV 5 low audience share of just 9%.
According to the nationwide TV ratings report, GMA 7 did well in their morning block which got 34.1% audience share while the rival network ABS-CBN only got 33.5%. During the afternoon block the Kapuso network scored very high with 45.2 present.
In Mega Manila, GMA network got an epic 44.6 percent in viewer share during day time television while the rival Kapamilya network ABS-CBN registered only 26.8 percent. TV 5 got a low score of just 8.3%.
More Kapuso TV programs made it to the top of TV rating list with successful day time regular TV shows last September across large playing fields of audiences from the Urban Luzon, Mega Manila and NUTAM.
The successful Eat Bulaga programming formula featuring the ‘kalyeserye’ portion has proven that the accidental split screen lovers Yaya Dub and Alden positively affected the nationwide tv ratings game with a historical 45.7% last September 26.
The other top rating TV shows on GMA 7 the Small Family, Pepito Manaloto, Kapuso Mo- Jessica Soho, Vampire ang Daddy Ko, The Ryzza Mae Show presents Princess in the Palace, Imbestigador, The Half Sisters and Beautiful Strangers have contributed to the success of the Kapuso Network.
