Christmas is the season of sharing and giving. The season where people are most happy to share anything they can whether its love, gifts, time or talents.
These Foreigners come up with a unique idea how to brighten up a day of a lonely 90 year old homeless Lola for Christmas. The result is priceless and will make you cry.
On a viral video, GMA recording artist from Hawaii USA Jeff James and his two friends Aisaku Yokogawa (Japan) and Eric Buzzbee (USA) decided to share their time and talent to make someone happy this Christmas.
After walking for hours they found “Nanay,” a 90 year old Lola who got lost in Metro Manila few years ago and since then become homeless as she cannot remember her way back home.
“Christmas is near kaya naisip namin ng mga friends ko na magpasaya ng isang tao using our talent. It took us hours of walking hanggang sa nakita namin si “Nanay” na nakatinging sa malayo. She is almost 90 years old and wala siyang bahay, natutulog lang sa kalsada around Pasig City. Sabi niya she survived dahil marami naman daw nag-aabot ng pagkain sa kanya pero sana’y naman na daw siya sa gutom. Sabi niya meron siya pamilya sa Bulacan pero umalis siya few years ago para maghanap sana ng trabaho sa Manila,” Jeff James said.
As soon as the three foreigners started singing, passersby stopped and watched. Suddenly there was a crowd and the streets are filled with emotions. People then start to give “Nanay” some blessing and make her feel she is loved.
The reaction in the old woman’s face is priceless as she cries with happiness.

Celebrating Christmas can be hard for parents that are not living with their children and love ones anymore. It is sad to see that everyone else are happy enjoying with their complete and prefect family festivities while they feel more isolated and alone during the most important day of the year.
