The John Lloyd Cruz-Angelica Panganiban and Bea Alonzo- Zanjoe Marudo break-up is one of the trending topics of today, after Mo Twister tweeted that the lead stars of “A Second Chance” are now officially dating according to TV5 reporter Mj Marfori.
The TV5 reporter now speaks up and clears her name saying she is “misquoted”.
Last January 13, 2016, Mo Twister started the John Lloyd- Bea romance rumor when he tweeted the following on his official twitter account:
“So MJ Marfori just told us on @GTWMPodcast that John Lloyd and Bea are really together as a couple, overlapping. Chismis!! Hahaha”
Different entertainment blogs and news sites picked up Mo Twister’s tweet without even verifying the statement to Mj Marfori. Because Netizens thought that it was the TV5 reporter who confirmed the romance between John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo, Mj Marfori has been bashed by fans of Angelica Panganiban and Zanjoe Marudo.
Mj Marfori now speaks up and says she was just “misquoted” by Mo Twister.
“Na MISQUOTE ako! As in maling-mali ang pinost ni DJ Mo sa Twitter! Ang sabi ko, ‘From the grapevine, ALLEGEDLY, pinag-uusapan na sa mga pahayagan na wala na nga raw sina Angelica and John Lloyd, and kumakalat na nagkaka-develop-an na sila ni Bea.” the TV5 reporter said.
Mj Marfori also said that Mo Twister’s tweet really surprised her, as she put her sources to the alleged “romance rumors” of John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo.
“Nagulat na lang ako na bigla siyang nag-tweet ng ganoon. Na-misquote ako and I cited sources na previous days, yun ang kumakalat sa mga pahayagan and showbiz beat”. Mj Marfori added.
