Capital One Philippines, a three-time Great Place To Work®-certified organization, secured the second spot in the Best Workplaces in the Philippines list. The distinction is given to companies that foster thriving and high-trust workplace cultures.

This latest recognition comes after the company harvested multiple awards last year for its workplace culture – ranking 4th Best Workplaces in the Philippines, 6th Best Workplace in IT-BPM under the large company category, and one of Asia’s Best Workplaces last year.

“This recognition is a testament to the culture we have built where people come first, well-being is prioritized, and every associate feels seen, heard, and empowered. We are truly committed to cultivating an environment where our associates can flourish and thrive. And what we have discovered is that when they feel trusted and respected, they create real value not only for themselves but also for their teams, our customers and the communities around them,” said Capital One Philippines Head of Country Raoul Teh.

Capital One Philippines reinforces its commitment to its associates by providing an inclusive, safe, and supportive work environment that encourages professional growth, and enables them to get more out of their working life. This commitment is embodied in its Total Rewards Program which supports their mental, emotional, physical, social and financial well-being. The program includes a flexible work set-up that provides associates quality time with their family, competitive pay, comprehensive medical coverage for them and up to four of their dependents including de-facto partners, learning and development opportunities, and initiatives that encourage collaboration and community volunteerism.
