On Valentine’s day, the Philippines’ most popular celebrity baby was baptized.
Two months old Maria Letizia Gracia Dantes or Baby Zia was welcomed to the Christian world by her famous parents, Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera, and several of her godparents in a rite officiated by Fr. Tito Caluag.
Present at the said baptism rites were her godfathers; Arthur Solinap, Gabby Eigenmann, Direk Mike Tuviera and several others.
Several of her godmothers present were Sen. Grace Poe, Bambbi Fuentres, Bettina Carlos, Roxanne Barcelo, Ana Feleo, Marian’s BFF Joy Santos and event organizer Teena Barretto. Missing is Ms. Ai Ai delas Alas.
After the christening, a small and intimate affair was prepared by the same group who took care of Dingdong and Marian’s wedding last December 30, 2015. Event organizer Teena Barretto, who was also one of the godmothers, almost topped off the wedding with a “simple” gathering.
