Angel Locsin might have lost the opportunity to play the iconic superheroine Darna, but she will be part of iconic franchise in the Philippines.
Together with Kapamilya actor John Lloyd Cruz, Angel will be part of ABS-CBN’s much-awaited primetime series “La Luna Sangre”. This “Imortal” sequel will also feature the phenomenal love team of Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo.
Angel was the one who confirmed the good news to “Lobo” franchise fans.
“I’m very excited to work again with Lloydy. Mayroon kaming special participation sa ‘La Luna Sangre,’” she said.
Earlier this month, specualtions of her appearance ob “La Luna Sangre” circulated when Angel posted a photo on her Instagram, where she can be seen posing between “Lobo” and “Imortal” posters.
“La Luna Sangre” is the third installment of the hit fantasy franchise, after “Lobo” and “Imortal”, which both starred Angel.
