GMA Network programming was more preferred by the people during the holy week break according to AGB Nielsen. Based on its latest survey result for April 13 – 15, 2017, GMA network shows dominated the holy week programming taking most of the slots in the ratings board averaging 6 slots versus ABS-CBN’s 4.
“Son of God” topped Maundy Thursday with 10.9% followed by “The Ten Commandments” with 10.2%. ABS-CBN’s “The Bible” series meanwhile settled for the 3rd place with 9.7%.
On Good Friday, Kapuso again topped the ranking led by “My Lady Boss” with 10.5% followed by “My Husband Ikaw Na!” with 9.6% and again “The Bible” on 3rd with 9.0% ratings
For Black Saturday, “The Bible” was able to snatch the top spot with 10.5% ratings followed by “MMK” with 7.9% and “Selda 1430” on 3rd with 6.9%. Although Kapamilya shows got the top 2 spots on Saturday, GMA network still dominated the board with 6 shows against 5 from Kapamilya.
