The two became unexpectedly famous after their successful work as a loveteam in ABSCBN’s daytime drama series “Be Careful With My Heart” that lasted from 2012 to 2014. It became one of the most top-billing teleseryes of the network!
Comeback?
However, Jodi remained tight-lipped when asked about a possible comeback of their tandem.
“Basta ang masasabi ko merong gagawing teleserye pero ‘yun muna talaga ang masasabi ko. I don’t want to confirm anything yet,” she said. But she stressed that she is open to working again with Richard if an opportunity arises. “Who wouldn’t want to naman di ba? Nakatrabaho ko na siya before at wala namang problema,” she said.
Meanwhile, the actress promotes her upcoming film Dear Other Self under Star Cinema in which she is very much excited for.
“In a way meron [pressure] pero mas iniisp ko na lang na we did our best pagdating sa pelikula. We did our best pagdating sa promotion so bahala na si Lord don sa natitira pa,” she stated.
Jodi will be starring with fellow Kapamilya stars Xian Lim and Joseph Marco. She shared how working with the two leading men was a lot of fun.
“Masaya, excited ako. I love to work with Xian (Lim) again and Joseph Marco. Siguro sa age lang naman nagkakatalo pero when it comes naman to professionalism and dedication sa craft hindi rin naman magpapahuli ang dalawang nakababatang leading men ko,” she stated.
