With his absence in “Wowowin,” rumors are circulating about Tekla’s departure from the show.
Currently, Tekla is nowhere to be found in “Wowowin” with Le Chazz replacing him as one of the four co-hosts of Willie Revillame.
While there has been no announcement yet from the show if Tekla is indeed already out or just on leave, an article by Newsko.com.ph, suggests that the comedian host has been axed from the show.
On the article, it said that a gay comedian host was removed from a show due to his gambling vice.
According to the article, many people felt sorry for the comedian because of the opportunity and the big break that the show has given him. It just happened that the comedian got hooked to the casino which affected his commitment to the show.
The article also narrated how the comedian wasn’t able to work well on the show because he will often come to work late and without enough rest and sleep.
It further insinuated that the comedian may have gotten his popularity into his head demanding things, even more, bigger stars didn’t do.
Really if this is true, so sad that he ended up losing a precious opportunity that can make him a more ‘bigger’ name someday.
