- Over the past months, rumors linking Sef Cadayona and Maine Mendoza continue to surface online.
- Earlier this week, things blew up when a tabloid quoted Sef, claiming that Fans of the Aldub half are linking Maine to another leading man, Ken Chan.
- The tabloid also quoted Sef, saying that he and Maine are still seeing each other but clarified that they are not dating.
Kapuso Star and Bubble Gang mainstay, Sef Cadayona finally spoke about issues tha link him with fellow Kapuso star, Maine Mendoza.
Sef clarified that there was no truth to the article released, even calling it misinformed : “Walang ganyan na nangyayari at walang kahit na ano pa. Wala rin lumalabas sa bibig ko na ganyan. Stop the hate. You are just putting hate on me and on the other person. Na hindi tama.”
This is not the first time Sef’s name was dragged in an issue with Maine Mendoza. Neither was it his first time to deny rumors going around.
However, the Kapuso actor felt the need to speak up because according to him, the hatred being thrown at him was already too much.
“This is time that I have to speak up. Kasi seriously. Sobra na. Pati family ko pa dinadamay n’yo, sana ako na lang. Whatever you think of us na sobra sa pagkamalisyoso is not true! Come on. Again. Wala akong sinabing ganyan. Oh and by the way… Just to answer it, HINDI PO KAMI NAGKIKITA. Sa kahit na ano pa. Kasi walang ganyan na nangyayari.”
Despite Sef’s clarifications, fans refused to believe the actor’s side of the story, calling him the “Pambansang Manggagamit”. However, some netizens have become more understanding about the issue.
