Jake Zyrus enthusiastically greeted the press during his Grand Media Launch for his upcoming solo concert happening on October 6 at the Music Museum.
Despite the controversies he faced from his recent “Maalaala Mo Kaya” episode, Jake appeared as if none of those things happened. He expressed his excitement for the performances he prepared for his resilient fans.
Still, Jake’s very aware of the bad things people say about him especially in social media. All the memes, bashes, and hurtful comments.
“Oo, matagal naman na ‘yun. Hindi naman na bago saakin ‘yun eh,” he said.
What’s his message for the haters?
“You know what, if it makes you guys happy, I like making people laugh.”
He added that even in their household, Jake’s known for being goofy. The secret is not to take everything they say seriously, that’s Jake’s advice.
