  • Mocha Uson blamed media anew for not covering good news about the government.
  • Netizen Katrina Santiago busted Mocha’s lie regarding media not covering China’s donation for Marawi rehab.

A netizen shared how PCCO Asec. Mocha Uson lied again.

In a Facebook post by netizen Katrina Stuart Santiago, she refuted Uson’s claims that media did not cover or report the turnover of 65 million peso aid from the Chinese government for the rehabilitation of Marawi.

On the evening of September 14, Uson posted on her Facebook account a critic to local media who purportedly did not report on the Chinese donation.

But Uson’s claim was proven to be a lie.

In Stuart – Santiago’s post, she laid proofs that media did reported the event, much earlier than Mocha’s Facebook post.

“Today in Asec #Mocha‘s LIES: That mainstream media did not cover China’s 65M donation for Marawi soldiers. In fact: Media put up news articles either on the evening of Sept 13, the day the donation happened, OR early Sept 14,” she said.

One by one, Stuart – Santiago posted clips of news report posted by respective news agencies either September 13 (the same day of the turnover) or early September 14.

News reports posted as proof came from:

1. ABS-CBN – China hand over fresh P65M aid for wounded Marawi troops.

2. CNN Philippines- LOOK: Duterte witnessed turnover of P65M from China for Marawi soldiers

3. DZRH News – China donates Php 65 M for treatment of Marawi troops

4. GMA News – China gives P65M for treatment of troops wounded in Marawi clashes

5. Inquirer.net – China donates P65M for troops wounded in Marawi fighting

6. Manila Bulletin – China donates P65 million for medical care of Marawi troops

7. SunStar Manila – China donates P65-M for wounded Marawi soldiers
