Kapamilya actress Andi Eigenmann quits showbiz for good. She revealed her reasons on why she left showbiz when she answered a basher on Instagram.
The 27-year old actress revealed her reasons why she decided to stay away from limelight to follower on Instagram who accused her of being a snob and told her to “eat some humble pie” regarding her “fading popularity.”
Andi Eigenmann has revealed that she has quit showbiz to focus on her daughter, Ellie. She wanted to be a full-time mother to her five-year old daughter.
“How can you even say that if you have no idea who I even am?” an irritated Andi replied to basher on IG.
“If I wanted the life I had in the past, I wouldn’t have left showbiz. So go figure,” she added.
“But me wanting to be a full time mom and to live my life sooo far away from the spotlight (away from the city, even), doesn’t also result to your accusations being anywhere true. FYI, FAME IS NOT THE SOLUTION. And it pains me to see that there are people like you who think that this is something I should even be sad about. “I left because I was not happy.” she explained.
She ended her lengthy response to basher, “SO DON’T ASSUME [and] DON’T SPEAK IN BEHALF OF OTHERS BECAUSE YOU DO NOT KNOW OUR STORY.”
Andi was last seen in the drama, “The Greatest Love,” in which she played the daughter of an Alzheimer’s stricken mother played by Sylvia Sanchez.
