After three weeks of being a blockbuster hit, Star Cinema’s romantic-comedy movie “Unexpectedly Yours” is still showing in selected cinemas nationwide.
According to Star Cinema, the movie reached P160 M in its second week and received good feedbacks from moviegoers.
Despite the release of Hollywood movie “Star Wars: The Last Jedi,” the Sharon-Robin starrer is extended its run on selected cinemas nationwide. According to reports, this is the only Filipino films that continue showing despite big threats from one of the most successful movie franchise of Hollywood.
Other movies like Barbi D’ Wonder Beki and Trip Ubusan are starting to withdraw from the cinemas to avoid tough competition with the “Star Wars” film.
