Joross Gamboa on Dingdong Dantes’ decline on “Deadma Walking” role: “Sa sobrang dami mong blessing, naambunan naman ako.”

  • Joross Gamboa and Edgar Allan will star in MMFF 2017 entry “Deadma Walking.”
  • Aga Muhlach, Dingdong Dantes and John Lloyd Cruz received offers for the roles of Joross and Edgar.
  • Joross thanked Dingdong for declining the role due to his busy schedule.

Joross Gamboa and Edgar Allan Guzman star in “Deadma Walking,” an entry for 2017 Metro Manila Film Festival. Although not the first choice for the roles, they certainly are the best choice.

Aga Muhlach, Dingdong Dantes and John Lloyd Cruz received offers for the roles of Joross and Edgar but eventually declined due to different reasons. According to Joross, he had a talk with Dingdong.

Joross thanked Dingdong because if it weren’t for him, he wouldn’t land such an iconic role.
