  • Veteran newscaster and talk show host Jay Sonza talked about the revoked license of online news outlet Rappler.
  • The 62-year old former “Mel & Jay” host claimed that the late Cory Aquino should be the one to blame about the issue.

Amid the controversial issue the Rappler is facing, veteran newscaster and talk show Jay Sonza host took to Facebook to express his sentiments about the issue.

The 62-year old former “Mel & Jay” host claimed that the late Cory Aquino and the authors of 1987 Constitution should be the ones to blame on the revoked license of the online news outlet.

According to Jay, Rappler violated the 1987 Constitution which led to Securities and Exchange Commision to revoke their registration.

On the latter part of his FB post, Jay Sonza called out Maria Ressa and said she is blaming the wrong person for their current problem.

You are all barking up the wrong tree! It’s Cory and her Constitution, you stupid fool!”
