Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) arrested the suspect in the murder of Maine Mendoza’s fan, Maria Rachelle “Raz” Alfaro.
The said suspect, identified as Shanon James Bon Buckley denied the accusations and said that her ex-girlfriend killed the avid fan.
According to the report of “Saksi”, the registered nurse and a call center agent Raz Alfaro obtained 17 stabbed wounds. She was an AlDub fan who managed the social media accounts of The MaineGirls Fans Club.
PDEA said that aside from being the suspect, Buckley is allegedly a supplier of illegal drugs.
Maine Mendoza reacted to the arrest of the suspect on Twitter. The 22-year old retweeted the article of GMA News reporter and left emoticons showing praying hands.
As a respect to her fan’s death, Maine paid her visit on her burial last 2017. She consistently wished that the family of the victim will find the justice on her brutal death.
