After Phenomenal Star Maine Mendoza was spotted fangirling with Kapamilya actor Carlo Aquino, bashers began to warn the actor to stay away from her.
The 32-year old actor quickly defended Dubsmash Queen of the Philippines against the malicious comments of an Internet troll.
A Twitter user named @ZCargel tweeted the actor to stop being acquainted with the 22-year old actress.
The said tweet was attached with a personal message of another netizen with Carlo.
“Sir/Maam huwag na lang po sa feed ko please. Maraming salamat po. Nakikiusap lang po ako maayos. Salamat po ng marami,” Carlo sent message to a netizen.
The basher replied to Carlo, “Hindi ako basher, dating fan lang ni Maine. Ingat ka sa kanya.”
Carlo once again requests the netizen to stop bashing anyone on his newsfeed. “Opo. Huwag na lang po sa feed ko. Maraming maraming salamat po,” he wrote.
Carlo clarified on his tweet reply that he does not want to see any negative comments to other celebrities on his newsfeed.
Maine and Carlo met recently on the premiere night of the latter’s movie “Meet Me in St. Gallen.” The two were spotted taking selfies with each other on the cinema.
