ABS-CBN Corporation will have a new full-length teleserye, The General’s Daughter. The said series will star Ryza Cenon, Eula Valdez, Angel Locsin, Tirso Cruz III, Maricel Soriano and Janice de Belen. This will be Ryza’s reunion project with Angel and her first full-length teleserye as a Kapamilya.
Dreamscape Entertainment head Deo Endrinal also revealed that they already had their story conference on April 12, Thursday.
Angel and Ryza also used to work together in 2006 fantasy series Majika in GMA Network. They then played as sisters in the said series. Ryza recently transferred to ABS-CBN Corporation after drama series Ika-6 Na Utos concluded.
In an article from PEP.ph, Ryza expressed her excitement on seeing her again.
“Yes, nagkita kami uling magkapatid kasi magkapatid kami lagi sa mga shows. Na-excite ako kasi ang tagal ko na siyang di nakita.”
Ryza has finally appeared in ABS-CBN Corporation’s top rating teleserye for two years, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano which Coco Martin topbills. She also stars in the role of Aubrey Hidalgo, the first daughter of President Juan Policarpio (Rowell Santiago) and First Lady Marissa Hidalgo (Dawn Zulueta). Her character surprised her family last night for her younger brother’s birthday celebration.
In an Instagram post in April 26, Thursday, “Kilalanin si Aubrey sa Ang Probinsyano mamaya after ng TV Patrol. #FPJAPNasorpresa.”
