Sunshine Cruz will star in an upcoming Kapuso drama series, Karibal Ko Ang Aking Ina. She used to star in a Kapamilya revenge series, Wildflower. She remains a freelance artist and could go from ABS-CBN to GMA Network whenever she can.
In a Facebook post, Sunshine also expressed her gratitude to ABS-CBN Corporation and GMA Network. Any work remains a blessing to her and her kids.
She also added that she needs the work to save money for her kids’ schooling.
“I am grateful and will always be grateful to ABS. I am a freelance artist and having this opportunity to be one of the lead stars of a teleserye is a blessing. Hindi lahat ng 40 years old ay mabibigyan ng pagkakataon na mag bida sa isang serye.
“Thank you to GMA dahil ang daming pwedeng mapili pero ako ang kanilang pinili for Karibal Ko Ang Aking Ina. Yung mga nagagalit o inaaway ako sa instagram please understand that I am not an exclusive artist of any station. Pwede ako magpalipat-lipat.
“As I’ve said, work is always a blessing to me and my kids. Lalo na po at malapit na ang pasukan. Need to work and save! 😉❤☺”
