Mariel Rodriguez recently returned to hosting It’s Showtime on June 18, Monday. The show’s hosts welcomed her and gave her a bouquet of flowers. They also asked her whether she’s back for good which she responded with, “Tuloy na tuloy na!”
Vhong Navarro, Jhong Hilario, Jugs Jugueta, Amy Perez, Karylle, Teddy Corpuz, Anne Curtis and Vice Ganda welcomed a fit and blooming Mariel. She also expressed how happy she feels about coming back.
“Grabe sobra ko kayong na-miss. Nakakaiyak pero pinipigilan ko. Miss ko kayo, grabe all of you.”
Mariel also added how she feels good on having a home to come back to.
“Na-miss ko talaga kayo, lahat kayong nandito, sa mga nasa tahanan nila. Na-miss ko kayong lahat it feels good to be back. It feels good to have a home to come back to.”
In order to avoid losing her baby Isabella, Mariel had gone on leave from work in 2016 as she wanted to keep her baby’s health and safety. Before her pregnancy with Isabella, Mariel had suffered a miscarriage in March 2015. Then, she lost a triplets pregnancy six months later.
