Vice Ganda’s make-up artist recently posted a video of the comedian laying on a hospital bed. According to an article from PUSH.com, Olive Zarate revealed that Vice felt an intense pain in his stomach. The article also added that Vice will try and catch up in hosting ABS-CBN’s noontime show, It’s Showtime.
The said Instagram Story @thegloriousmakeup has these words, “Sya yung fren kong hypebeast kahit may sakit super hype padin…”
Vice also updated his Twitter followers as he got out of the hospital. He also published the said update before noon on June 22, Friday.
“Just got out of the hospital. Malakas na naman si mother horse!!! Hiiiyyyaaaahhhh!!!!!”
In February 2018, Vice had undergone a procedure to address the kidney stones which had caused him severe abdominal pains. According to doctors, Vice had ureteral colic, a condition when a stone from the kidney falls and gets stuck in the tube connecting the kidney to the urinary bladder. Urine could not pass, resulting in a pressure buildup in the kidney, thus the pain.
In April 2018, many viewers of It’s Showtime noticed Vice’s absence on the show’s closing segments, especially during the Tawag Ng Tanghalan segment. On Twitter, Vice immediately informed his followers about what happened.
In the said tweet, Vice also wrote that he had a CT Scan and asked for prayers.
“Sorry di ko na natapos ung TnT nakaschedule kasi ang CT Scan ko ngayon ng 4pm so i have to go na to the hospital. Pray for me ha. 💋❤😍”
