Sarah Geronimo, James Reid and Xian Lim star in Miss Granny which was based from a 2014 South Korean comedy-drama of the same name. As part of the promotion, the stars of the movie would do mall shows and TV guestings.

Sarah and James were supposed to promote their new movie on Gandang Gabi Vice but the said episode never saw the light of day.
Mommy Divine to blame?
Mommy Divine, the Popstar Princess’ mother, allegedly stopped the taping because Sarah revealed something she didn’t like. Initially, everything was going smoothly.
Tension, however, rose when Vice Ganda asked Sarah about her bonding moments with boyfriend, Matteo Guidicelli. Vice asked Sarah if she and Matteo had already kissed each other.
Sarah reportedly revealed, “Hindi lang kiss.”
Mommy Divine apparently expressed her disapproval on the interview’s flow. She, then, intervened and stopped the taping before walking out of the set.
Posts of disappointment
Fans were disappointed to learn that the episode will never air. One of those in the audience, with @NeilPacheco as Twitter handle, said that this was ordered by both Viva Films and Mommy Divine.
“That GGV episode that will never ever air because of Viva and Mommy Divine. Yes, because of Sarah Geronimo’s mom. Sayang oras nung mga involve sa episode. Hindi man lang na-promote ang Miss Granny.”
ABS-CBN and Viva Vilms have yet to comment on the issue. Even the usually loquacious Vice Ganda is mum on the issue.
