GMA Afternoon Prime‘s advocaseries Hindi Ko Kayang Iwan Ka centers around Yasmien Kurdi‘s character as Thea, a woman diagnosed with HIV.
The ending aired six months after its pilot episode on February 26, Monday. Hindi Ko Kayang Iwan Ka concluded on August 31, Friday.

In the final episode, Thea put one over Ava (Jackie Rice) after she accidentally killed her with a gunshot. Thea, however, didn’t renew ties with her husband, Marco (Mike Tan). He still made efforts to win his wife back since they both still have feelings for each other.
It was later revealed that HIV is now undetectable in her blood, same with her best friend Lawrence (Martin del Rosario). After her speech, Marco asked for forgiveness. This is where Thea told him that she can’t ever leave him.
“Sa lahat ng pinagdaanan ko, isa lang ang napatunayan ko, hindi ko kayang iwan ka.”

Accrording to ratings provider AGB Nielsen, Hindi Ko Kayang Iwan Ka registered 8.2%.
Their rival show Araw Gabi, on the other hand only earned a rating of 5.4%.
