Weekends on Jeepney TV are now packed with more excitement as ABS-CBN’s ongoing grand audition show “Star Hunt” and the hit fantaserye “La Luna Sangre” air on ABS-CBN TVplus’ new channel starting this September.
Fresh from the success of “The Hows Of Us,” box office stars Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla reopens the world of vampires and werewolves in “La Luna Sangre,” alongside Richard Gutierrez on Saturdays.
Malia (Kathryn), a daughter of two legends, is prophesized to be the savior of the two kinds from the evil Sandrino (Richard). But when she fails to show powers as a savior, she flees and faces the world of mortals. Here, she meets Tristan (Daniel) a young man hunting for the vampire who killed his father.
Will Malia be the key to the justice Tristan yearns for? Will she return to the world she left behind and re-embrace her destiny according to the prophecy?
The third installment of the hit ‘Imortal’ trilogy, “La Luna Sangre” was one of the most watched programs in the country on weeknights and one of the most talked about on social media. It even extended viewers experience online by creating a spin off web series on iWant TV titled “Youtopia,” the Moonchasers.ph website, and the “La Luna Sangre” filter and game apps.
