Regine Velasquez finally made an official appearance on ABS-CBN’s “ASAP”.
To kick off her first day on ASAP, the Asia’s Songbird sang “Dadalhin” and had a duet with her husband Ogie Alcasid with the song “Pangako”.
Regine is so proud of herself now that she’s a Kapamilya.
She exclaimed, “Maraming-maraming salamat po, mga Kapamilya for welcoming me here… again here in ASAP.
“I am happy and so excited to call myself now a Kapamilya!”
With Regine on “ASAP”, the show needs to undergo a big change to welcome such a big star.
According to Pep’s source, the variety show will be undergoing a slight reformat. Along with it, the production will be replacing some of their head writers and segment producers.
This is probably because Regine will have her own segment on the show.
We can’t say for sure if this move by the producers is wise enough to keep “ASAP” on top.
Meanwhile, “Sunday PinaSaya” is gearing up to compete with ASAP and rumored to revive the AlDub sensation.
