Katrina Aguila posted a photo on Instagram that delighted the fans of Jennylyn Mercado.
The Kapuso Drama Queen has an upcoming movie with Star Cinema.
Although the details of the movie have not yet been revealed, the fact that the actress will be working with Star Cinema alone is enough to make the fans happy.
This is not the first time Jennylyn accepted a project from Star Cinema – a rival film company of her current home network.
Her first movie with the production was with the Kapamilya actor John Lloyd Cruz in 2016. The movie’s title is “Just the 3 of Us” which slammed a box office hit.

The movie earned P16-million on the opening day itself and was the highest opening day gross sales in all of the actress’ past movies.
It was also the highest opening day gross sales in 2016.
After the successful movie, rumor eventually spread that Jennylyn will be transferring to ABS-CBN since her contract with GMA will also be expiring that year.
However, she proved her loyalty to the Kapuso network by renewing her contract.
Nonetheless, it didn’t stop Jennylyn Mercado to continue accepting projects from the rival network.
