- JC de Vera cleared the issue that he was not with Angel Locsin on the scene when the the actress walked out
- He shared that he also received a text from Angel saying “sorry”
The recent walked out of Angel Locsin during ‘The General’s Daughter’ taping session made things jump into conclusions, with no reason behind it. JC de Vera gave some inputs in what had really happened to some of the entertainment press members.
“Alam ninyo, marami kaming tulog that time at nu’ng nangyari ‘yung time na ‘yon, lahat kami tulog. Then when we woke up, tapos na. Clueless kaming lahat. So kung tatanungin ninyo ako kung ano ang nangyari, hindi ko alam,” JC shared
But after Angel Locsin left, the set did not pack up but still continued with the taping.
“Maraming scenes that day na puwedeng kunan kahit wala siya. So ‘yon, tulog po ako noon kahit itanong pa ninyo sa lahat ng tao sa set. Iisa lang ang sasabihin ng tao – tulog si JC,” he added.
He also cleared the issue that he was not with Angel in the scene when the actress walked out.
“Hindi siya ang kaeksena ko that day kaya ako nakatulog. Wala kaming eksena,” he said.

JC also said that it was not a walk out. Everyone was silent when they woke up, and even received a text message from Angel Locsin because of what happened.
“Hindi naman. Nu’ng nagising ako, hindi na ako nagtanong kasi everyone was silent about it. Kumbaga, hindi siya dapat pagtsismisan at pag-usapan. Bilang malaki ang respeto namin kay Angel, wala ring gustong magtanong what really happened. Nag-send siya ng text message sa lahat na she was sorry and pasensiya na sa abala, I replied personally na sabi ko, ‘Okay lang. I understand kung anuman ang nangyari. Baka malaking misunderstanding. Pero tulog talaga ako noon!,” he repeated.
It was not easy for him to tell what had really happened in every scene.

“Mahirap talaga. Hindi natin maiiwasan na lahat nagiging emotional, nai-stresss, everyone’s working under pressure. Mahirap, mahirap gawin ang palabas. Hindi talaga maiiwasan ‘yung ganoon kasi gusto naming pagandahin ang palabas namin,” he ended.
