Kapamilya star Jessy Mendiola is still not open to working with co-Kapamilya artist Enrique Gil despite her admittance that she has already moved on from the incident that occurred on a plane ride back in (almost four years now) September 2015.
It can be recalled that the two had a commotion when Jessy, Enrique, and other artists were on their way to London for an ASAP tour. A minor confrontation happened when Luis Manzano called out an intoxicated Gil and was harassing the actress.
During the grand media conference of her upcoming film Stranded, the star was asked by PEP. ph if there is a possibility that she will accept projects together with Gil. She directly answered that she is has shut her doors to any offer that will pave way to working with Enrique.
“Mas okay na po siyang ganun. Doon na lang po natin iiwan yun. Okay na po ako.”
After the inciden, Enrique right away made a public apology to Jessy and to his other co-stars who were affected by the incident. But according to Rappler.com Jessy never got a formal apology from the artist.
When asked if she already forgave him she just stated that she has moved on from the incident and that is all that matters.
