The television drama anthologies, ABS-CBN’s ‘Maalaala Mo Kaya’ and GMA Network’s ‘Magpakailanman’ both claim domination on the March 23 (Saturday) episode.
According to the gathered data of Kantar Media Peoples Rating, ABS-CBN’s ‘Maalaala Mo Kaya’ gained a total audience views of 27.5 percent in their episode of ‘Diploma sa Selda,’ while its rival series GMA Network’s ‘Magpakailanman’ only gained a total of 17.5 percent ,in its episode of ‘Viral Macho Dancer: The Dante Gulapa Story.’

However, based on the Nationwide (NUTAM) People’s Ratings of AGB Nielsen, the ‘Magpakailanman’ episode gained a total of 12.1 percent that was starred by Vance Larena while its rival ‘MMK’ gained a total of 10.2 percent in its episode that was starred by Jak Roberto.

MMK’s ‘Diploma sa Selda’ was performed by rising actor Vance Larena, who made a believable and intense portrayal out of the character Victorio an ex-convict, drug dealer and addict, who conquered education despite being trapped inside the prison.
