Anjo Damiles signed a co-management contract with GMA Artist Center on July 15 together with his manager Jonas Gaffud.
The former Star Magic talent has officially joined GMA Network’s talent arm.
Artist Center’s verified Instagram account proudly welcomed the newest Kapuso recruit. “#AnjoDamiles is officially a Kapuso as he signs with GMA Artist Center. After his introduction in the hit 2014 teleserye Forvermore, Anjo Damiles was considered as one of the most promising young actors in the industry.
He was launched as the next Kapamilya leading man in Doble Kara in 2015 and was paired with Julia Montes as her love team partner but their team-up didn’t click with the viewers. From being one of the main cast members, Damiles’ character was downgraded to one of the supporting characters.
His next appearances were supporting roles in Kapamilya teleseryes such as La Luna Sangre and in various episodes of Maalaala Mo Kaya and Ipaglaban Mo.
His last project with ABS-CBN was Wansapanataym Presents: Gelli In A Bottle last year, which starred Loisa Andalio and Ronnie Alonte.
