The last fight of Sahaya against its rival program The General’s Daughter ended victoriously for the former.
From June 24 to 27, The ABS-CBN series won over its rival show, according to (Nationwide Urban Television Measurement) NUTAM. However, by June 28, Sahaya overtook The General’s Daughter, ending their last battle with a sweet victory.
The following are the daily ratings of Sahaya and The General’s Daughter recorded by NUTAM People Ratings from June 24 to 28, 2019:

Sahaya: 11.2%
The General’s Daughter: 11.9%

Sahaya: 11.4%
The General’s Daughter: 12.0%

Sahaya: 11.5%

Sahaya: 10.9%

In last week’s happenings of Sahaya, Manisan (Mylene Dizon) and Sahaya (Bianca Umali) found an apartment to live far from the wrath of Irene (Ana Roces). Ahmad (Miguel Tanfelix), connived with Hubert to take Jordan (Migo Adecer) away from Sahaya. Learning what Jordan went through at the hands of Hubert (Eric Quizon), Sahaya confronted Ahmad which led to a hurtful exchange. Jordan escaped and he was able to see Sahaya again. Manisan, on the other hand, was treated badly by Irene who thought that her husband Harold (Zoren Legaspi) was still visiting his ex-lover.
As for The General’s Daughter, the tension between Tiago’s (Tirso Cruz III) camp and Rhian (Angel Locsin) is escalating with them facing a court trial. Putting a “show” to get the sympathy of many, Tiago pretended that he had a severe injury, the reason why he has to be put in a wheelchair. Rhian, on the other hand, was saved from her critical state and ended up in jail. When they faced again in the court, Rhian revealed everything she knew about Tiago. However, Tiago kept denying her accusations and twisting the story so that Rhian will appear to be the bad person.
Until June 28, Sahaya was pitted with The General’s Daughter. However, the former replaced the recently defunct fantasy series, Kara Mia in its timeslot. The place vacated by Sahaya is now filled by the new drama series of GMA-7 titled The Better Woman starring Derek Ramsay and Andrea Torres.
With this change in the timeslots, Sahaya is now the new rival of the FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano, while The Better Woman is the new rival of The General’s Daughter.
