The ABS-CBN Ball 2019 red carpet is one of fashion’s most important catwalks of the year, as local celebrities show off the looks that could make or break their sartorial reputations. And while pulling off a look for this year’s ‘Modern FIlipiniana’ theme, one can come to define a star’s fashion legacy, the same goes for a disastrous red carpet showing, which can haunt them eternally.
