.GMA Network’s afternoon series Prima Donnas has finally beat ABS-CBN’s Kadenang Ginto.
The afternoon series starring Jillian Ward, Althea Ablan, and Sofia Pablo finally took the crown from Francine Diaz and Andrea Brilliantes from Kadenang Ginto for three consecutive days.
On the October 22, Monday, the show registered 8.2 percent ratings while Kadenang Ginto garnered only a 7.7 percent during its Monday episode.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, Prima Donnas registered an 8.3 and 7.9 percent, respectively.
Because of this, the three teen stars couldn’t contain their happiness and gratefulness for their Kapuso fans who supported Prima Donnas.
“Super happy talaga kasi pinaghihirapan po naming lahat ‘yan sa set. Lahat po kami may teamwork and talagang nagtutulungan kahit gaano na kahirap ang mga eksena,” Jillian said.
“Pero syempre, si God po talaga main reason. So thank you, Lord!!”

“Mas lalo pa po naming gagalingan. Mabait si Papa God basta ‘wag lang lalaki ang ulo,” Althea replied.
“Sana po magtuloy-tuloy! To God be all the glory!” Sofia added.
