In light of Kris Aquino’s delayed TV comeback, King of Talk Boy Abunda defended his longtime friend and former co-host.
Boy Abunda said, “She’s okay where she is, and sabi ko nga ang buhay hindi nagtatapos ngayon, life continues, our stories continue. Ano mangyayari na susunod? Malay natin? We’re okay but of course, hindi kami nag-uusap araw-araw, but if there’s anything important, we’re okay. Just a couple of weeks ago birthday ko, I got one of the most meaningful messages from her, sobra kilala ako ‘nun.”
Boy affirmed that even if Kris has no TV shows, she’s still the Queen of All Media regardless of what platform she chooses to use.
“She’s doing what she’s doing to the best of who she is, Kris will always be Kris in whatever platforms.”
Kris’s last project with ABS-CBN was Kris TV which aired from 2011 to 2016 while her show on GMA Network, Trip ni Kris, only had one episode in 2017.
