  • All Out Sunday will be ASAP‘s newest rival.
  • Studio 7 stars set to join the new Kapuso Sunday afternoon program.

GMA Network is set to launch its newest Sunday variety show All Out Sunday in January 2020 which will replace the consistent top-rater Sunday Pinasaya.

With the non-renewal of its contract with APT Entertainment which produces Sunday Pinasaya‘, GMA is all set for their new Sunday afternoon show.

In an Instagram post, Kapuso actor Paolo Contis teased about the upcoming show which is slated to premiere on January 05, 2020.

Paolo is said to be part of the new Sunday musical variety show along with other Studio 7 stars. GMA Network is also said to be canceling their Saturday musical program Studio 7, to give way to their All Out Sunday.

All Out Sunday will be going head-to-head against the longest-running Sunday afternoon variety show ASAP.

It will be the sixth Kapuso show that will be pitted against the Kapamilya musical variety program.

Since 1997, ASAP was able to outlive their Kapuso competitors which include former GMA’s longest-running Sunday variety show, GMA Supershow.

Aside from GMA Supershow, ASAP also survived their most worthy competitor SOP (Sobrang Ok Pare) which ran for 13 years and ended in 2010.

Other Kapuso rivals beaten by ABS-CBN’s ASAP were Party Pilipinas in 2013, Sunday All Stars in 2015 and the latest Sunday Pinasaya which is set to end on December 29, 2019.
