- Jerald did not hesitate to defend his friend from a random netizen’s comment.
Jerald Napoles recently proved he was a true friend when he defended Alden Richards from a netizen’s random comment on a photo he posted on Instagram.
“Langya may bagong pa-sabog na naman to eh. Nakaka-proud!” Jerald started his caption.
“Sa wakas nagkita uli tayo, sabi sa’yo habambuhay na kitang kukulitin kahit saang landas man tayo mapadpad. Haha maging mas gwapo man ako sa’yo hahaha!! ” he added.
“Happy New Decade @aldenrichards02 isa ka na ngayong #PangmalakasangBae very good ka na naman,” he ended.
A follower then left a comment on the photo and pointed out Alden’s gay friends.

“As a friend, advise mo si Alden na limit ang pakikipag-friends sa gays. Kalalakeng tao, nakapaligid s’ya sa mga bakla. Not against gays, madami ako friends na gays at cousins…iisa lang sinasabi nila,’nakakahawa ang kabaklaan,'” the netizen said.
Jerald immediately replied and defended Alden. “Hindi nakakahawa ang kabaklaan.. Nakakahawa ang hindi malawak na pagtanggap sa pagkatao ng isang indibidwal. Ang pakikipagkaibigan ay magandang ugali.. Bakit kailangan limitahan.” He replied.
Alden and Jerald became good friends when they both worked on the GMA Sunday Variety Show, Sunday Pinasaya. Even if they both work at different networks now with Jerald becoming part of the unbeatable ABS-CBN Primetime series FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano, their relationship remains intact.
