Edu Manzano has expressed his full support for Angel Locsin amidst the ABS-CBN franchise controversy created by Vivian Velez.
He also promised to always be there for the Kapamilya actress no matter what she’s going through.
Vivian made a Facebook post indicating the Top 100 stockholders of ABS-CBN that included Angel, seemingly throwing shade on the actress and her efforts to defend the network.
Angel clarified that she’s not a member of any political party and that she currently has no contract with ABS-CBN.

Angel also said that she cannot consider herself as one of the stockholders of the giant network since she has not yet fully paid for her shares. Also, she plans to donate to charity all the profits from her shares.
Vivian has actively been showing support for the those trying to block the franchise of ABS-CBN. Like Atty. Larry Gadon who criticized Senator Grace Poe for the latter’s initiative to conduct a hearing for the giant network’s franchise.

Another post of Vivian seems to be shady as she used the same term Angel used to described being offered shares of the network.

Angel was formerly in a relationship with Edu Manzano’s son, Luis Manzano, and they first dated in 2008 that lasted for a year. Luis tried to win Angel back after five years and they started dating again in 2014 until 2016.
