With the COVID-19 pandemic coupled with the local government’s inadequacies in handling it, Jason Abalos could not help but curse and express frustration via Twitter.

Recently, the 35-year-old actor mourned the death of Dr. Leandro L. Resurreccion III who was his friend. The doctor was a pediatric transplant surgeon working at the Philippine Children’s Medical Center.
On his Instagram, Jason shared that Dr. Leandro used to be his neighbor and they had the same interest in motorcycles. In the same post, he also revealed how Dr. Leandro was proud of his children.
This time, he took advantage to encourage his followers to stay at home, as this is the only and most effective way to help the frontliners as well as to contain the COVID-19.

Moreover, when Jason praised the efforts of private sectors, he also make it a point to convey his message for the local government officials.
