Back in 2010, Marian Rivera took on the mantle of the beloved Filipino superheroine Super Inday. ‘Diamond Star’ Maricel Soriano portrayed the role back in 1988.
Marian’s Super Inday and the Golden Bibe tells the story of Inday, who becomes a superhero after a fallen angel, Goldy, and a Tiyanak chose her to fight demons and evildoers. The movie stars Jake Cuenca, Pokwang, and John Lapus.
It won the 2010 Metro Manila Film Festival’s Best Sound Engineering Award.
