On Kathryn’s part, she was still a talent of Star Magic, the talent arm of ABS-CBN whilst appearing in GMA Network’s ‘Endless Love’ as the young version of Marian Rivera, who played Jenny. She was offered a contract with the network but she eventually returned to ABS-CBN. Fast forward to 2020, she is now one of ABS-CBN’s prized stars.
Her acting ability was superb. But when she was paired with her now-boyfriend Daniel Padilla, their careers took off and they became one of the hottest and most admired love teams of ABS-CBN.
Meanwhile, Daniel had a guest appearance on Kuya Germs’ late-night show ‘Walang Tulugan‘ when he was still a rising star of the Kapamilya network. And now, together with his real-life girlfriend, Kathryn, he’s one of the hottest and most important talents of ABS-CBN.

In the case of Alden Richards, he tried auditioning for ABS-CBN’s reality show, ‘Pinoy Big Brother‘. Maine Mendoza also tried out for the show and failed. But months after her failed audition on PBB, she got an Instagram message from ‘Eat Bulaga!‘ for an interview. Initially, she thought that it was just a simple interview. Nadine Lustre was part of GMA Network’s Party Pilipinas’ pop group ‘Pop Girls’? She was also part of TV5’s show ‘Bagets: Just Got Lucky’ back in 2011. She finally got her big break when she starred in a movie adaptation of Wattpad’s ‘Diary ng Panget’. This jumpstarted her career as an actress. From then on, she became one of ABS-CBN’s most sought artists together with her then-boyfriend James Reid.
James Reid also had an appearance in GMA Network’s ‘Maynila’ episode way back 2011. After winning PBB Teen Clash last 2010, he appeared in the episode ‘Loving Your Own‘ in the drama anthology.
Liza Soberano was a Kapuso for a short time before accepting the offer of ABS-CBN. During her time in GMA Network, she already had a promising career ahead of her as shows and movies were lined up when she signed the contract under the network. But days after signing the contract, she received the offer of the Kapamilya network.
At that moment, she never thought twice and immediately accepted the offer. From then on she rose to stardom and made such a huge impact in the industry after she was partnered with her now-boyfriend Enrique Gil.
