With the recent findings in the autopsy report on flight attendant Christine Dacera, actor Alex Diaz criticized people in the government for pushing false narratives throughout the case.

He retweeted the news report about police findings noting that Dacera died of natural causes. Diaz then wrote that Dacera’s autopsy report sends a serious message to people in the government who twist stories to push false narratives.

He also urged the public to condemn kinds of actions and those people behind them.

Christine Dacera’s autopsy report sends a very serious message to everyone that there are people in our government that will twist stories to push false narratives at the expense of your freedom. Condemn this, these actions and the people who are committed to doing them. https://t.co/llaU32NqNx

January 27, 2021, the Philippine National Police submitted findings from their medicolegal report to the Makati Prosecutor’s office stating that Dacera died of natural causes, effectively ruling out the possibility of rape or drug use in her death.

Despite the PNP’s findings, Dacera’s family remained unconvinced with the medicolegal report and still insisted on foul play.

Others also chimed in with the news that Dacera died of natural causes.

Firstly, John Lapus felt relieved now that the PNP confirmed that Dacera died of natural causes. He also sent his condolences to Dacera’s family.

Journalists also pointed out additional details on the case, debunking the assumptions of drug use before Dacera’s death.

"No alcohol or recreational drugs taken the night prior to her death will case that kind of dilatation or defect on her aorta. That dilatation is a chronic condition and was present long before she died." https://t.co/hKKDs0KdPm

BREAKING: New PNP medico-legal report rules out homicide in Dacera case, saying the flight attendant died due to ruptured aortic aneurysm, had an enlarged heart and undiagnosed hypertension. Says rape/drug overdose will not lead to aneurysm. White substance recovered is salt. https://t.co/a6i5NedUlF

Netizens, on the other hand, chided PNP for their incompetency in solving the case. They also highlighted the damage it had to the people involved.

I can't forgive Christine Dacera's mother for allowing her daughter's death to be such a public spectacle. It was so unnecessary. #RIPChristineDacera https://t.co/qyf4SrRpE7

Finally, one netizen said that PNP can now focus on ‘Killer cop’ Jonel Nuezca’s case.
