After actress Nathalie Hart earned flak for her comment on her role for the upcoming Maalaala Mo Kaya episode, her co-actress Jane Oineza received praise for her message to the vlogger she portrays in ABS-CBN’s Drama Anthology.
On her Twitter account, Vlogger Roanne Carreon shared a message from Oineza.
Roanne wrote that she was glad to have met Oineza. Oineza then wrote how thankful she was to meet RoTin (Roanne and Tina Boada) via zoom. Finally, Oineza noted that she is a fan of the couple and supported the couple’s love story.
Roanne then tweeted a screenshot of their conversation. Roanne noted that Oineza personally asked to meet up with the couple via zoom. She added that Oineza watched their vlogs to understand the role. Finally, Roanne noted that she found Oineza’s actions respectful, thanking the actress for being an ally.

It led to their call for better representation of LGBTQIA+ characters on TV alongside creator and writer Juan Miguel Severo.
Oineza and Hart portray the YouTube Vloggers and real-life lesbian couple Carreon and Boada, otherwise known as RoTin, in the upcoming MMK episode.
